All our inbuilt forms including inspection reports & quote sheets are all fully customisable to suit your requirements.
Time goals can be set for each department on expectations of their required time to complete a step in the reconditioning process. Alerts are triggered once a car has outstayed its goal time within a stage.
Relevant staff are automatically notified via email of a car entering a particular stage that they may be responsible for, all the stages and notifications are fully customisable.
Our system allows the setup of your preferred sublet repairers to be uploaded, this allows you to keep track of where cars are at how long they have been there and when they’re due to be completed.
Search for a vehicle using many identifiers, this will enable you to see everything about that particular car including its status, costs, it’s time in the stage, and it’s time in stock.
RECO manager uploads directly from your DMS eliminating any manual entering into the system. The cars will load into RecoManager within three hours of being bought into stock, allowing the clock to start ticking immediately.
Identify parts on order for cars and expected arrival times, allows for planning of reconditioning work in a timely manner once parts have arrived.
